I created this using my Cricut Explore and file from the Make it now 

 I used Yellow Tissue Paper instead of Vellum to get the glowing effect.. 

 I have a candle tealight inside that flickers.. 

This were fast and quick to make... 

What a great addition to our halloween decor this year...
